Summary

This article presents the results of a poll asking employees what they believe the top driver of engagement is within their organization. The top drivers were work-life balance, organizational culture, employee benefits packages, recognition, and development opportunities, respectively. The article compares these findings with another poll taken in Eastern countries indicating reward, recognition, and development opportunities are the strongest drivers. The article concludes that the majority of employees report that they are engaged.
