Summary

This study focuses on the relationship between workplace behaviors, job stressors and deviant behavior. Results indicate learning can serve as a buffer against stress and deviant behaviors at work. The study concludes that increasing resources through learning can help address negative emotions and deviant behaviors in stressful work environments.
