Summary

This study focuses on the relationship between mindfulness and work engagement over the course of a workday. Results indicate state work engagement predicted state mindfulness, but state mindfulness did not predict state engagement. The study concludes there is high with-in day stability of state mindfulness and state work engagement and discusses future research directions.
